you may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for an exchange ONLY if the product arrives damaged (proof needed).
we'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
at this time , we do not offer refunds . however , if you are dissatisfied with the product you may return it for exchange only . if there is a product you’d like that is of higher price , you may pay the difference . you will be credited for merchandise that costs less than your original purchase.
